Getting Healthy is all about education… Even celebrities like TV Host Rita Cosby and Devan Kline, former ballplayer for the San Francisco Giants, who was one of the Exhibitors and Speakers for his Burn Boot Camp, think so. They were among the celebrities that came to support the Health and Wellness Expo NYC last Saturday. They believe that education precedes the traditional "eat right and exercise to stay healthy" message. That in order to have longevity and productivity in your life, you need to get educated.

Exhibitors from every realm of the health and wellness sphere were represented. "Professionals, Practitioners, Service and Product Providers are here to educate the pubic about what it takes to become, be and stay healthy" says Orly Amor, founder of the Health and Wellness Network of Commerce hosting the event. Speakers addressed the crowd on the importance of knowing your body and how to treat it for maximum potential, both personally and professionally. Among the featured presenters, acclaimed Dr. Timothy Morley from New York Health and Wellness Weight Loss Westchester, who was there to educate the attendees that "It is not our fault, its our hormones."
