Tonight ABC News' Diane Sawyer signed off from "World News" as anchor for the final time, concluding her five years leading the flagship evening newscast to great heights. She will devote her energy full time at ABC News to create original reporting, innovative specials and events in new ways, while interviewing the biggest newsmakers of our time for all programs and platforms.



Sawyer is leaving "World News" on top - the program won back-to-back Sweeps (May and July) Among Adults 25-54 for the first time in seven years and ranked #1 in the news demo for her final full week. Watch the final show HERE.
