SUPER SATURDAY FOR OVARIAN CANCER RESEARCH

STARS FOR A CAUSE

Tiffani Thiessen

Rachel Zoe and Molly Sims, with husbands Rodger Berman and Scott Stuber, shopped for a cause this Saturday, May 17th as they hosted Ovarian Cancer Research Fund's 1st Annual Super Saturday L.A. at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, CA. The stylish duo spent the day mingling with their families and other celeb friends at the Hamptons-famous designer garage sale which made its way to the west coast for the first time commemorating OCRF’s 20th anniversary. Zoe, who is a long-time supporter of OCRF, made the rounds at the garage sale – checking out fellow designer before signing copies of her new book “Living in Style” at the Kitson booth.

“Dinner with Tiffani’s” host Tiffani Thiessen hung out with her husband Brady Smith and baby Harper at the “At Home with JCPenney” booth where she hosted cooking demonstrations and treated guests to delicious snacks. Guests in the area got goofy in the JCPenney photo booth (with “selfie” advice by Decades Founder and style icon Cameron Silver), stayed hydrated with FIJI Water, and checked out JCPenney’s newest home products while their little ones got their faces painted.

It was a family affair for many attendees at the event. Liev Schreiber stopped by the event and enjoyed some father-son bonding as they played in the private jet, provided by the luxury Las Vegas hotels Palazzo and Venetian. Christina Millian stopped by with her daughter Violet – snagging an Angry Bird plush toy and visiting some of the great children’s activities at the event – including a family lounge by The Honest Company and the interactive play area with the educational children’s TV network BabyFirst. Children at the event had a blast at The Playroom’s bouncy house, Rob Younkers and Fashion Designer and Stylist Joe Zee Stitched Fashion Camp, P.S. ARTS, Duff's Cakemix’s on-site interactive design bakery and more.

Other Super Saturday LA attendees – like Giuliana & Bill Rancic, George Kotsiopoulus, Heather McDonald, Lisa Rinna, Janel Parrish, Nikki Deloach, Becca Tobin, Benjamin Stockham, Ryan Cabrera, Steven R Mc. Queen, Charlotte Ross, Patti Stanger, Brittny & Lisa Gastineau, Rachel Roy and more – were spotted shopping, snacking, sipping and mingling at the fun-filled, family-oriented fundraiser - nick-named the “Rolls Royce of Garage Sales”. The event offered premier fashion for women, men and kids plus beauty, jewelry, accessories and home items, with 100% of the proceeds supporting OCRF's research grants. Guests – like Lacey Chabert, Scott Porter and Janel Parrish – who were seen walking away with several bags - got designer deals from the likes of Versace, Kate Spade SATURDAY, Twelfth Street by Cynthia Vincent, Trina Turk, Tommy Hilfiger, Planet Blue, Kenneth Cole, SOL REPUBLIC, TC Fine Intimates, Arthur George by Robert Kardashian, Charmed Circle, Cakewalk Style Shop, Triumph Lingerie, Kitson and more. After shopping, guests checked out seamlessly courtesy of East West Bank.

In addition to the deeply-discounted designer shopping, OCRF's Super Saturday LA offered guests – like Gayle King and Alison Hokler (So You Think You Can Dance) - an afternoon of indulgence and fun including manicures and make-up applications by the L'Oreal Paris, braids and blowouts at the Rachel Zoe-founded premiere blowout salon DreamDry, expert eyebrow shaping by Shapes Brow Bar, a Cobra Puma Golf hitting bay, complimentary rides by ATLS Worldwide and much more.

The day also hosted a variety of culinary experiences, including a full lunch buffet from Lexington Social House, the Pussy & Pooch Pet Park where four-legged friends – like Glee’s Jenna Ushkovitz’s puggle Riley – played and snacked at the Paw Bar, celebrity meet & greets, a luxury grand raffle and more.

The original Super Saturday in the Hamptons will continue this summer – Tune in to QVC Presents Super Saturday LIVE on July 26th at 2pm EST for more designer deals!
