ALEX BALDWIN BREAKS THE COURT AGREEMENT

Alec Baldwin

The story I wrote on Alec Baldwin's rage against the media and the book I have decided to write with award winning Ellen Sterling Bahron, really brought out the wrath of the aging actor. Who knew!

The top online website Radaronline.com did three stories on this topic. Their Baldwin charity story Radar did, shows that a great reporter can pull out the facts. In this day of computers and social networking, this has become more and more rare.

But never to be silent, Alec gave a exclusive interview with The Post-Standard and Syracuse.com, saying, "You'll see what Edstrom is saying is pretty nutty," and "Edstrom is a very strange guy. He has some persistent need to take down my family."

Alec went on to tell the website "He claimed that he had contracted my mother for an agreement for that," Baldwin explained, "and what I told my sister was that A) my mother certainly wasn't in any position to contract that for us and B) back when my brothers... were all working, they were all very busy. It was more difficult to get that picture. That picture was worth more -- I'm not going to say far more -- but that picture was worth more than Edstrom had contended."

"So I said to my mother to tell Edstrom no, you're not going to give him this exclusive photograph of everyone assembled there which he can sell for a lot of money in exchange for him providing services for the Baldwin foundation fund... I thought it was a bad agreement and I was the one that dynamited that argument back then."

I am not going to get into a long argument here. If this were true, why did the Baldwin Fund vote to give me this exclusive photo as court testimony shows, and allow me to work right up to the last minute, when Alec ran out of his hotel room, refusing to pose. I should have been told months before and I would just have walked away from the whole thing, I would have left them on their own. But they allowed me to continue to work, and if Alec is telling the truth here, why did Carol Baldwin and the Board Of Directors of the fund continue to let me work, knowing I would never get my payday?

But that is old news, I am not going to rehash this all over again. But Alec also gave a quote to Syracuse.com revealing the outcome of the case. It was ordered by the court that none of us were supposed to reveal the outcome. I also said to the court that one day I would be writing a book, and I would not sign any confidentiality agreement. I kept my mouth shut only on the outcome, as ordered by the court, why can't Alec?

Enough said. I have a book to write!
