Celebrity eyebrow stylist Joey Healy and completely bare founder Cindy Barshop celebrated the launch of their joint venture THE BROWSHOP at completely bare with a private preview at completely bare’s newly renovated Fifth Avenue location this week.
A strategic partnership between Healy and Barshop, THE BROWSHOP at completely bare brings a new standard in eyebrow shaping to the high-tech spa, while providing the opportunity for Healy to expand the availability of his niche services beyond his exclusive Fifth Avenue Joey Healy Eyebrow Studio and uphold his reputation for artistry and excellence at the same time. Healy hand selected and trained an experienced team of equally exclusive eyebrow specialists who perform eyebrow shaping and tinting services at THE BROWSHOP using Healy’s methodology and also serve as ambassadors for the Joey Healy brand. Each of THE BROWSHOP’s eyebrow specialists endured a rigorous training process, learning to properly execute THE BROWSHOP Eyebrow Calibration, a mathematically derived formula that ensures consistent, quality results for every client.
Beauty entrepreneurs Healy and Barshop were joined by model Devyn Abdullah, The Gossip Table host Delaina Dixon, WPIX News anchor Tamsen Fadal, Miss USA 2012 Nana Meriwether, actor Chaske Spencer, reality television personality Jamie Otis, MTV’s 10 on Top host Lenay Dunn, VH1’s Big Morning Buzz style contributor Jackie Miranne, actress Paloma Garcia-Lee, celebrity fashion stylist and DTR Styles founder Dana Tycher Reisman, Rachael Ray Show style & beauty expert Gretta Monahan, actor Ricky Paull Goldin, singer/songwriter Pete Kennedy and Dr. Oz Magazine Editor in Chief Alison Brower.
All who entered completely bare were greeted with pass-around champagne and hors d’oeurves. Guests enjoyed the views of Fifth Avenue and sipped cocktails while eagerly waiting for personal brow shapings with THE BROWSHOP specialists Ronia Alaoui and Jennifer Dirnfeld.
Despite the upbeat atmosphere of the party, Alaoui and Dirnfeld paid special attention to each guest’s needs with full shaping sessions and BROWSHOP Eyebrow Calibrations. THE BROWSHOP masterminds Cindy and Joey mingled with guests as they waited while overseeing their protégés at work with much satisfaction. Guests gave live updates of the evening on social media sites like Twitter and Instagram while using the unique hash tag #THEBROWSHOP to spread the word.
Following a night filled with cocktails, music and beauty, guests did not leave empty handed—a special gift from THE BROWSHOP that included The Joey Healy Eyebrow Collection Elite Sculpting Tweezer and an invitation to enjoy another complimentary service at THE BROWSHOP or completely bare.
THE BROWSHOP at completely bare began previews at completely bare’s Fifth Avenue and Bond Street locations in August 2013, and will officially open September 2013.
