Broadway and television star Neil Patrick Harris is now a father. The "How I Met Your Mother" actor announced from his Twitter page on Friday that he and partner David Burtka's surrogate twins arrived October 12th. "Babies!!" Harris tweeted. " Gideon Scott and Harper Grace have now joined the Burtka-Harris family. All of us are happy, healthy, tired, and a little pukey."
