Holly unveiled Sugar Factory's signature 'Vegas' edition Couture Pops at Paris Las Vegas on National Lollipop Day. As the city of Las Vegas officially declares July 20 'Sugar Factory Day', Holly will debut the three 'Vegas' Couture Pops beneath the iconic Eiffel Tower at the site of the highly anticipated, more than 20,000-square-foot, Sugar Factory location opening later this year.
