SEAN PENN CHARGED WITH CRIMINAL BATTERY
Sean PennLoser Sean Penn has been charged with criminal battery and vandalism following a bad run-in with a celebrity snapper. The actor was captured on a video attacking the unnamed paparazzo, who was following him in Brentwood, California in October 2009. It was later broadcast on the website TMZ.com. During the fight, the photographers camera was damaged. Penn was officially charged with the two misdemeanor counts on Friday. He faces 18 months behind bars if convicted. Penn will be arraigned in Los Angeles County Superior Court on March 22nd.
