Hollywood actress Kelly McGillis has reportedly confirmed that she is a lesbian. The former Top Gun stars sexuality has been the subject of gossip throughout her career, but she repeatedly denied the rumors that she was gay. According to Radar Online, she says, "I'm done with the man thing. I did that, I need to move on in life. That's another part of being true to yourself ... that's been a challenge for me personally. "I think that (accepting my homosexuality) was an ongoing process from the time I was about 12. I had a lot of things happened that convinced me that God was punishing me for being gay. That was a hard process."

Sexy Jonathan Rhys Meyers has put an end to all the media gossip that he recently checked into rehab, insisting his party animal reputation is completely exaggerated by the press. The Hollywood star made the headlines wordwide in February after it was alleged he had enrolled in a rehab center in England to deal with an addiction to alcohol. He sparked even more rumors by canceling scheduled appearances on television at the start of April and failing to show up at two galas in Los Angeles California and Dublin, where he was due to collect awards for his work. But now Jonathan is denying he was in rehab but is admitting he did spend time with a counselor in Middlesex, England. He say's, "I just felt I needed time off and I didn't need to go to awards ceremonies. You can get slightly waylaid as an actor doing that sort of thing and I'm never that comfortable at them anyway." The Tudors star is also adamant that reports of his outrageous behavior are overblown, insisting fans would be shocked if they saw how dull his life really is. He says, "I live an incredibly low-key life. I think people would like to think I'm a hell of a lot naughtier than I am actually. I am actually quite a boring guy. "I spent the last week and a half playing bloody golf. Me, Jonathan Rhys Meyers! If anyone saw me in those stupid golf clothes on the golf course, there would have been a different story written!

Hollywood superstar Kate Winslet is relieved she found fame in the 1990s, because young actresses today face more intense media attention now, than she ever did. The actress shot to worldwide stardom alongside Leonardo DiCaprio in 1997's "Titanic". Kate pities those just starting out in Hollywood, because she's convinced they face even more judgment about their looks and their personal lives. She tells Marie Claire magazine, "It's really, really tough. It's like, 'She's fat, she's thin, she's married, she's divorced.' I had all that and bouncing back is [bleeping] hard. "I'm really, really happy I'm not a younger actor or actress working now because they have to run before they can walk."

Denise Richards

Television star Charlie Sheen is confirming that he and ex-wife Denise Richards have agreed to end their bitter feud for the sake of their children. The former happy pair recently topped a Hollywood poll to find the most bitter exes in showbiz, but Sheen and Richards now are insisting their war of the words is behind them. She says, "We've come to a really great place ... and I wanted to tell the girls (daughters) I went and saw their new brothers. "We've worked so hard to get into a really good place ... It's important for our daughters and it's much easier in life for us to get along than have conflict. ... Life is too short."

The man who told police he and Tyra Banks "had a thing together" was convicted Today of stalking the television host. Brady Green of Georgia, was convicted by Manhattan Criminal Court Judge James Burke, who heard the case without a jury, of stalking, harassment, criminal trespass and attempted aggravated harassment. Burke handed down his verdict the day after Banks testified that she feared for her safety. The judge said he found that Green had been "hounding" Banks. However, Burke said he would not send Green to jail. He told defense lawyer Jeffrey Berman to help his client get psychiatric counseling and a job in "a location where he can thrive." That "likely will not be the city of New York," the judge said. Berman said he was disappointed with the verdict and planned an appeal but was glad the judge did not send Green to jail. Banks testified yesterday that she feared for her safety, and for that of her staff and family. Authorities said Green, 39, repeatedly called Banks' studio, showed up there, and sent her flowers and letters. They said he also threatened to slit the throat of a staffer who refused to tell him where to find Banks television studio. Green was arrested March 18, 2008, at a McDonald's restaurant near Banks studio in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan. He told officers he and Banks "had a thing together," police said. Banks said she was about to leave the studio that day when her staff warned her about Green. She said they had previously shown her Green's photograph, told her he had threatened one of her employees and was "somebody I should watch out for." Banks said she told officers at the scene that she was scared. "I didn't know what to do. How do I live my life when I leave this building? I had never experienced anything like this before," she said.

251 West 50th Street
New York City

Toloache Restaurant

One of the smartest, most eloquent, and fun people we've ever run across here at Times Square has been CHRIS GILMAN -- for his years as Palm West's GM and now, as one of the partners of the just oh-so fabulous TOLOACHE (toh-lo-AH-tchay) on 50th street (two-story, 104-seats) ... ironically enough, diagonally across from his old haunt. While we won't and can't get into specifics on why Gilman left his old spot last year (as there are still some outstanding issues pending), let's say that he left there as one of the most important resources in the restaurant business. To have his Rolodex and celebrity contacts, certain folks out there would literally kill for! We've been lucky enough to share with him many, many fantastic nights at the old spot with the likes of PATTI LaBELLE, JOYCE RANDOLPH, MICKY DOLENZ, DEBORAH GIBSON, CINDY ADAMS, ROBERT FUNARO, DAVID SALIDOR, GILBERT GOTTFRIED, MAX WEINBERG, STEVE SCHIRRIPA, STEVE WALTER, KEITH GIRARD, MARK BEGO, and, many, many more. We've hung with the best of Broadway there as well and at many charitable events like Gilman's fantastic 'Celebrity Server', where the likes of LESLIE CROCKER SNYDER, RANDY JONES, and BILL McCUDDY, served as celebrity waiters. He has a unique knack for knowing what works ... and, what he knows works very well indeed. Partnered with owner/chef JULIAN MEDINA, at Toloache, they have prepared literally the finest Mexican delights we've ever had. Medina immediately dazzled us with his originality and his knowledge of each-and-every- dish. Hailing from Mexico City, he began his career at Hacienda de los Morales and he earned his culinary stripes ay NYC's French Culinary Institute where he received the 'Best Final Project' award. He is also a veteran of Sushi Samba, in both New York and Miami. He also worked at Zocalo ... one of the city's timeless Mexican eateries. He is, without a doubt, a force of nature. Deceptively clever and rather low key ... he lets his work speak for him ... and, it speaks volumes. One of the most innovative and freshest talents we've ever seen.We started with the Ceasar Toloache which immediately rated as one of the best ever dishes like that we've had; then moved onto to the Trio de Empanadas (spinach; chipotle shrimp; and, beef picadillo, all steeped in a fiesty salsa verde sauce). We then moved on to the Enchiladas de Pollo dipped in a series of fabulous cheeses and the always wonderful Chile Relleno. The food was just fantastic ... the full bar downstairs features a variety of tequilas that looked ever so fascinating ... but, we'll save that for another time.Do yourself a favor and check this spot out. Their sister spot at 23 Avenue A in Lower Manhattan is open and packed each and every night ... just ask SUE SIMMONS or CINDY ADAMS. And Chris ... welcome back ... you're were missed! BTW: Cinco de Mayo is this Tuesday, May 5 ... come down and celebrate!

Sean Penn

Nasty Hollywood loser Sean Penn has filed for legal separation from his wife of 13 years, Robin Wright Penn. News of the breakup comes just two days after the couple's 13th wedding anniversary, and just months after they reunited again. Penn originally filed for divorce back in 2007. Penn first sparked gossip of another split when he failed to mention Wright Penn during his Best Actor acceptance speech at the Academy Awards in February. Then last month, he was rumored to be romancing much younger actress Natalie Portman. Those reports were denied by sources close to Penn, but on Friday he filed court documents to make their separation official, according to

Jamie-Lynn Spears

Jamie Lynn Spears boytoy Casey Aldridge is once again back on his feet after he was injured in a car crash in Louisiana on Sunday. Aldridge, the father of Spears’ 10-month-old daughter Maddie, had to be airlifted to the hospital after swerving into a ditch following a night of celebrations at a cousin’s wild bachelor party. He was treated for mild brain trauma and a fractured skull at the University of Mississippi Medical Center and was moved out of the intensive care unit (ICU) on Tuesday. Aldridge was able to get out of his hospital bed and walk around on Tuesday for the first time since the accident. A source tells, "He came out of ICU. (He was up) walking around twice (on Tuesday). He was a little wobbly because that’s the first time he’s been up since the wreck." Aldridge was one of three people injured in the incident when they were thrown from the vehicle as it flipped over. Two other passengers escaped unscathed. Police have hit Aldridge with a misdemeanour charge of careless operation of a vehicle - but authorities have ruled out both drink and drugs as the cause of the accident.
