When we think about our fair city, there are a few things we know for certain are facts. Central Park is beautiful in the Fall, we have the best live theater talent anywhere in the world and Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS knows how to throw a party! And I ain't just saying that last part to keep getting myself invited either... Just imagine BCEFA knows everyone on the Great White Way, and those folks can party! So when you throw in talent like Tony winners Brent Kowalik and Greg Jbara, Maya Day, Kathy Brier, Kevin Spirtas, Kate Shindle, Cady Huffman, Olivia D'Abo, Bobbie Eakes, Ann Harada and Kassie DePaiva; Central Park views and top-shelf liquor - well, I am screaming bravo while getting dressed just so my voice is warmed up! Hell, I would even help polish the silver for that invite! And a good thing too, cuz this years "Salon" party got down to some great tunes during the "I Used to Dance Around the Living Room" fete held in a private Central Park South apartment. I cannot imagine a better way to spend an evening. And this all for raising funds for a great organization and cause! All I have to say to these folks is 'encore!'!
