Kelly Rutherford and ex-hubby Daniel Giersch have settled their very messy custody battle. In court papers filed in Los Angeles California, the former happy pair has agreed to relocate to New York City while Rutherford shoots Gossip Girl, and they will share joint custody of their two children, according to TMZ.com. New mother Kelly, who filed for divorce in December, gave birth to the couple's second child, Helena Grace, in June.
