The actor's wife has cited "irreconcilable differences" for the breakup. The Gibson's have seven children. In the legal papers, Robyn is seeking joint physical and legal custody of the couple's youngest son, Tom, who is their only minor child. She is also asking for spousal support and attorneys' fees. The couple, which reportedly have no prenuptial agreement, has vowed not to release any more details about their split.
