TONY DARROW'S ONE MAN COMEDY SHOW

Tony Darrow

Actor TONY DARROW, whose been in several Woody Allen-movies, including"Sweet And Lowdown," "Celebrity," "Mighty Aphrodite," as well as "Searching For Bobby D," and several episodes of THE SOPRANOS, will bring his one-man comedy show to NY's Triad Theatre for a limited 2-month run starting April 2. JAMES GANDOLFINI says of the show, "Come prepared to laugh your ass off!" High praise indeed for Darrow, whose show tells the behind-the-scenes tales of some of the movies he's been in as well as his exploits on the set of the HBO-show. Darrow first made his mark as a comic on the stages of the biggest casinos in Las Vegas and Atlantic City; performed as a pop singer at Carnegie Hall and hosted his own talk show for two years in Australia. Both Allen and MARTY SCORSESE claimed to have discovered him. Producer PAUL BORGHESE, who most recently produced the revival of LAMPOST REUNION, which starred VINCENT PASTORE and our friend ROBERT FUNARO, says, Darrow is starring in the soon-to-be-released theatrical release LYNCH MOB, coming out in June, and is in talks for a reality show called DINNER WITH THE FOOD FELLAS; AN INVITATION YOU CAN'T REFUSE. Times Square Gossip will be there opening night.
