MICHAEL JACKSON ANNOUNCES LONDON GIGS

Die hard fans of Michael Jackson cheered him in London today, as the King of Pop announced his shows at the O2 Arena. The fans followed the pop superstar’s silver bus from his hotel to the venue, where Jackson announced 10 summer shows for July. Jackson could hardly be heard above the din of screaming fans as he revealed his plans. Wearing a black and silver jacket and sunglasses, he told the assembled press and his legions of fans, "I’ll be performing songs my fans wanna hear. This is it… This is the final curtain call. "I’ll see you in July… I love you so much." The shows mark Jackson’s first official concerts since 1997.
