LINDSAY LOHAN VIOLATED HER PROBATION

Licking Lindsay Lohan has violated the terms of her probation. The former star failed to register a change of address since moving out of her shared home with girlfriend Samantha Ronson. Lohan appeared in Beverly Hills California court yesterday for a progress report regarding her second arrest for driving under the influence (DUI) in 2007. Lindsay was ordered to pay fines and complete an alcohol education program as part of a three-year probationary sentence. Lohan moved out of the couple’s shared California home earlier this month, sparking speculation about the state of her romance with DJ Ronson. And according to TMZ.com, the actress was required to change her address and re-enroll for the course using her new residence, but missed the January 2nd deadline by 10 days. Her lawyer, Blair Berk, has reportedly settled the issue with the presiding judge.
