Singing icon Madonna suffered an embarrassing slip-up during a concert in Brazil. The pop star fell in front of thousands of her fans. Madonna was performing at the Maracana Stadium in Rio de Janeiro on last night, when she slid and fell onto her back. But the singer managed to continue singing and attempted to cover up the blunder by turning her fall into a dance move, kicking her legs up into the air and jumping back to her feet. Madonna will conclude her world tour in Sao Paulo, Brazil, on December 21st.
