KAYNE WEST ARRESTED FOR ASSAULT
Rap star Kanye West has been arrested for allegedly assaulting a paparazzi as he was leaving a nightclub in Newcastle, England.The singer is said to have been involved in a scuffle with the celebrity snapper as he exited the Tup Tup club in the early hours of Friday morning. Photographer Terry Blackburn claimed to have suffered a cut face and bruising after West allegedly pushed his camera into his face. The police later arrived at West's hotel in nearby Gateshead and detained him on assault charges. However, after being quizzed by cops, the star was released without charge. Kayne and his assistant were arrested over a similar incident at Los Angeles California LAX airport in September. The couple were charged with felony vandalism after reportedly smashing a photographer's camera, but the charges were later dropped by the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office.Editors Note: It seems it's open season on the paparazzi. You can assault them and you will get away with it.
