Hollywood star Charlize Theron has been ordered back to court, where a jury will decide if she has to pay a luxury watchmaker $20 million for breaking a contract with them. Bosses at Swiss company Raymond Weil claim they paid Theron the sum to wear its watches exclusively between October 2005 and December 2006. According to court papers, Theron was also the face of a Dior perfume, and "was actually photographed wearing a watch from the Christian Dior line" at a press event in Austin, Texas on March 14th 2006. Charlize's legal team’s attempts to have the case dismissed have failed, and a hearing for the trial will now take place at Federal Court for the Southern District of New York later this month.
