MTV bosses are considering inviting toxic singer Britney Spears to September’s Video Music Awards (VMAs), even after 12 months after her disastrous ‘comeback’ performance at the huge event. The singer disappointed fans and the watching world with a lacklustre rendition of single Gimme More at the bash in Las Vegas last year, just six months after allegedly suffering a mental meltdown. She was later spotted crying backstage. But VMAs organizers want to give Spears the chance to redeem herself by taking to the stage once again. MTV president Van Toffler says, "Everyone deserves a second or third chance, right?" The VMAs are moving back to Los Angeles California this year, and will take place at Paramount Studios on September 7th.
