Big wig Attorneys representing pop singer Taylor Dayne are fighting to get a drink driving charge against the award winning star dismissed, because the hitmaker was not over the limit. Dayne was arrested for a DUI last month after she reportedly failed field sobriety tests.The L.A. California County District Attorney has charged the singer with one count of misdemeanour DUI, but Dayne’s legal team plans to fight for her innocence. And her lawyer claims he has a great case to fight: "Her blood alcohol was below the legal limit."
