RICHARD LEWIS HAUNTED BY ALCOHOL

Maybe Richard Lewis should take up drinking again. The comics battle with alcoholism is hampered by his Hollywood home, which he is convinced is haunted by booze.The stand-up and star of Curb Your Enthusiasm has been sober for 14 years, but claims every day is a struggle - particularly as his home constantly stinks of cocktails. Lewis, 61, says, "I sense that this place was a training ground for drunks. It’s not often that a house is haunted not by ghosts but by the smell of mixed drinks."
