DANNIELYNN NAMED SOLE HEIR TO ESTATE
Dead model Anna Nicole Smith's baby daughter Dannielynn has been named the late star's sole heir. A Los Angeles California judge made the ruling after Smith's boyfriend and executor Howard K. Stern appealed for clarification of the former Playboy model's will, which was drafted in 2001 five years before Dannielynn was born. Judge Mitchell L. Beckloff declared that the 18-month-old is the only heir, and established a trust on her behalf, which will be governed by Stern and her biological father Larry Birkhead. The ruling means Dannielynn stands to inherit the estate of Smith's former husband, billionaire J. Howard Marshall. The Marshall family is currently contesting. Smith died of an accidental drug overdose in February 2007.
Editors Note: Hey Birkhead, why don't you go out now and buy a Mercedes. You can say you needed to drive Dannielynn for diapers. Anna Nicole would be turning over in her grave if she saw what you have become !

Could you please let us know where it's written that Mr. Marshall left a portion of his estate to ANS?
She is the one that accused his stepson Pierce of ridding documents that Marshall did leave something to her. She was reprimanded many times during the trials for lying and even accused his doctor/nurse (I think) of trying to kill Marshall.
The Supreme Court ruling only gave her the right to try to 'argue' her merits against the estate again. She's no longer here and she wasn't a good witness then, so how could they possibly reach a settlement unless Elaine Marshall caves in? Perhaps she will if she is feeling pressure from certain people.
