Hollywood star Reese Witherspoon is denying rumors that she’s engaged to marry boyfriend Jake Gyllenhaal. It was recently reported that actor Gyllenhaal had proposed to the Oscar winner during the couple’s vacation in Rome, Italy last October. But Witherspoon’s spokesperson says, "It’s absolutely false. There’s not one ounce of truth to it." Witherspoon’s eight year-marriage to actor Ryan Phillippe ended in divorce in October.
