KIEFER SUTHERLAND TO BE RELEASED

Hollywood star Kiefer Sutherland will be released from jail in the early hours of Monday morning, it is being reported. The "24" actor started serving a 48-day sentence for drunk driving at the private Glendale City Jail on December 5. Sutherland was incarcerated after he was busted driving under the influence last September. The reports suggest the 41-year-old has been on his best behavior in jail, where he celebrated Christmas and his birthday. Prison spokesman John Balian recently said, "He's not happy to be here, but you can tell from his demeanor that he's sorry and takes responsibility for what he's done."
