KID ROCK'S WAFFLE HOUSE POSTPONED

Troubled singer Kid Rock's arraignment for battery charges relating to an incident at an Atlanta, Ga.'s Waffle House has been postponed. The ex. Mr. Anderson, real name Robert Ritchie, was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor of simple battery after the fight on October 21. He was due to be arraigned in Dekalb County in Georgia on Monday, but the case has been postponed until February 4, reports TMZ.com. And there's good news for Rock, he could escape the charges altogether, depending on further evidence, according to the Dekalb County Solicitors Office. The other man involved in the fight has been charged with a felony count of second degree criminal damage to property after breaking a window in the famous Waffle House incident.
