Rehab Lindsay Lohan's friends are defending the star against reports she has relapsed into her battle with booze, insisting she is in total control of her drinking.The actress is on a pledge to stay sober after several stints in rehab last year, following two DUI incidents which resulted in a few hours in jail. She relapsed while in Italy on New Year’s Eve and was once again spotted drinking cocktails in New York City over the weekend. But pals insist she wasn’t drunk, telling the New York Daily News, "Lindsay is learning how to work through her addictions and, once in a while, she chooses to have a cocktail. People over-exaggerate her behaviour when in fact on Friday night, many people commented to her on how composed she was." After her New Year drinking session, her lawyer Blair Berk said: "After being handed a champagne bottle while on a dance floor in Italy on New Year’s Eve and drinking from it, the good news is that Lindsay stopped herself, called her sponsor, and got herself back on track."There is no magic cure here. The most unfortunate part of this is that Lindsay has to share her ‘one day at a time’ with the entire world."
