ETHAN HAWKE CAUGHT IN NANNYGATE

We think it's so funny that former Hollywood star Ethan Hawke was caught by ace photographer Bettina Cirone in New York City with his nanny. Recently Bettina was in a accident and was hurt very bad, but she continues to go to celebrity events useing a walker to get around. Bettina is the last of the hard core photographers who is really a nice person. I can picture her gliding by Ethans table with her walker and nailing this cool shot. There is Ethan Hawke with his famous nanny Ryan Shawhughes. The pair met when she was employed as a nanny for Hawke's two children, Maya, 9, and Roan, 5, while he was still married to Uma Thurman. Star magazine reports that (which was reported first by The New York Daily News gossip reporter Ben Widdicombe) the the nannygate affair began before the breakup of Ethan and Uma Thurman. A insider told the magazine "They seem to be trying to rewrite history by saying they waited a whole year, so they could look innocent when word that they were together finally got out,". The source also added, "He was terrified, because he knew if Uma found out he was with their nanny, she'd blow up and the divorce would get nasty when it had been going relatively well." The real surprise was that they got away with it so long with a city full of paparazzi and gossip reporters. But leave it to the old timers like Bettina Cirone. She got the shot ! As for Ethan Hawke, he was never a nice guy to the press. Many times at events over the years he refused to pose and just was not a nice guy. Maybe this explains why he has no career anymore....
