It's really sad how people - how cruel our world can be. But at the end of the day you've got to know in your heart that you are doing the best that you can."As long as you know what's up and what's true, then that's all that matters."Britney also revealed she celebrated the worldwide successful release of her new album, 'Blackout' by eating fried chicken. The 25-year-old star said: "It was kind of laidback, really. We watched a scary movie, and ate fried chicken - that's about it!"When asked which track on the album had the most meaning for her, she replied: "I really like 'Heaven on Earth'. I think it's a cool track. It's kind of different from all the other songs."Britney disappeared halfway through the phone interview to have a shower. When Ryan rang back 10 minutes later, Britney's assistant and friend Alli Sims told him the singer's children had just arrived, and Britney was too "busy" to continue the interview.Sam Lufti, Britney's movie producer friend, added: "We're going to get the kids ready and we'll go trick and treating. There's a variety of costumes for them to choose from, so we'll see what happens!"Despite frequent requests from Ryan for Britney to send a message to her fans, the singer refused to come back on air - instead relaying a message of thanks through Alli.
