Rita Cosby's book party was a huge smash ! I'm sure everyone has seen some of the pictures on every website and the videos from all the TV crews, but I have a few things to say. First of all Rita being served with the Howard K. Stern lawsuit papers. Everyone knew Rita was going to be ambushed outside the party. It was no surprise. She expected it. The thing that pissed me off was Entertainment Tonight. They were standing outside and we asked them where they were from. They said CBS news. We asked them if they wanted to come in and they said no. We told them we would get a great spot for them to catch all the action. They still refused and said they wanted to stay outside. We once again asked them where they were from and they once again told us CBS News. Then I noticed the back of their camera said Entertainment Tonight. Right then and there I knew something was up. Sure enough Entertainment Tonight was with the process server. Entertainment Tonight was in on serving Rita Cosby with the legal papers. How low can a media outlet go ? They lie and say they are from CBS News and they helped ambush Cosby with the process server. Entertainment Tonight and their sister show The Insider have turned into sleaze TV. It is the job of the media to report the story, and not become involved in the actual story for ratings. They have slanted the news to gain access to Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern. They have crossed the line. When Cosby starts depositions in this case, they better run for cover. It is believed that there is so much more that Cosby and others know and when everything is said and done, the world will see the truth.

Now back to the party. The event was a huge success. Every media outlet in the world was there. Virgie Arthur was there with Mark Speer and John O'Quinn. Former FBI agent Don Clark who was Virgie's Private Eye was there. Tom Pirtle attorney for Virgie Arthur also was in attendance. The event was a celebration of many people wanting to know the truth on how Anna Nicole Smith and Daniel Smith died. Everyone wants answers. All we see is several people making huge amounts of money off horrible deaths. We see entertainment outlets cutting deals for exclusives and yet we still have no solid answers. The party was 700 people that wanted answers ! Cosby is going to get the answers. Cosby's book has brought the attention to force the truth out. Virgie cried on stage. She lost her grandson, her daughter and Larry Birkhead wont let her see her grandchild. She cried as she talked about her loss and the only thing left of her Daughter was Dannielynn. Birkhead is a cold hearted piece of crap. The world is seeing the truth now. To Deny Virgie the comfort of her granddaughter is a horror. Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern should rot in hell.

Stern perjured himself under oath in the Florida hearing. Everybody knows it. The Judge knew it, so why didn't he have Stern arrested? He knew eight prescriptions were in Howard's name in the room in which Anna died. Well, I guess Siedlin used the same mode of operation he did when he ignored the true law on the books in Florida, and made his own law. Now why would he do that, and whine and cry in court? Probably because he had enough shame to feel guilt. Wasn't he later charged with bribery, something about lawyers? What was the outcome of that? Wasn't the Sheriff who worked with the Hard Rock in some capacity also charged?
Where is the DEA in regard to all those prescriptions in other peoples' names, fraudulent prescriptions that appear to have killed Anna? Giving someone a drug that kills the person is a lifetime conviction in Florida. So what is going on? Were drugs mailed to Moe's house in Howard's name? What was that about? Taz said she found Anna's death very suspicious, and thought she had been "used" or made the fall guy.
Why hasn't that been pursued? There was supposed to be a second segment in that testimony, but that never happened. Why? Is Moe strong enough to tell all the truth? Has he told the FBI the whole truth? The day of Anna's death Moe said Howard had been keeping Anna heavily drugged to the point she was "in a fog" since Daniel's death. He said Howard had been acting strangely for the days before Anna's death, and the day of her death.
Clearly the hard rock is a joke for investigations, but then, that was probably a known fact. Like the Bahamas. Are the Bahamian government and Judicial system totally corrupt? Or is the newer regime there ready to pursue and apply justice in Daniel's death?

also many people wear water proof watches......
First, I have done a fair share of sewing; second, baby wear does not have metal zippers (outdated a decade or two ago due to injury to sensitive skin.) Last, it is how the fabric on either side of the zipper lays.
Metal zippers are used for other type of older children's wear. A no-no on infant wear.

There is no way you can tell if that is a metal zipper from that photo. ALSO most kids zippers on the newer clothing have bigger tabs on the grip of the zipper.

Can you provide a little history? I have seen references to "QV" and the QV site (I think), but I'm not sure what it is (was). Is that Jane Devin (another name I've seen here and have actually been accused of being!).
If it's any consolation to you, I'm fairly new to TMZ, and I have already been vilified by a couple of people here. I came here, eyes wide open, hoping I could shed a little light on things and I find I am resented. I've been called a Sternoid, I've been told I am full malarkey, and I've been accused of concocting stories.
I find Sternoids want to engage in arguments with me, while the Antinoids are saying I am secretly conspiring with Bonnie to "trick" the Antinoids into backing Howard.
I apparently am not prepared enough. Unlike you and your colleagues, I have not conducted any research. I've read only a few of the more recent lawsuits. I don't know the exact order that events took place. I am basically just flying by the seat of my pants. But what I do have to offer is unique to this board because I happened to be there when many of the events being discussed here took place.
I appreciate what I am learning from others; and I figured my two cents would be appreciated as well. Maybe I'm over sensitive, it literally hurts my feelings to be called a liar. I came "this close" to giving up on TMZ altogether and to trading blog sites with one of my friends.
The last thing that occurred, to the best of my knowledge, was someone asked me about what I thought of Ray Martino and if I thought Dan had ever been approached to be involved in Ray's adult films. The blogger who asked the question evidently doesn't care for Ray. I answered as best I could. I went into what my impression was of the man, as far as I could remember. But I did not say anything negative about Ray because, honestly, I couldn't think of anything.
Well, I guess that didn't sit well with whatever group was behind the question. A few people blogged following my response, telling me there was a lot I didn't know. I wrote back and said, "I'm intrigued. Tell me more."
And then the Columbo character (whom I genuinely enjoyed) writes, addresses me, and hits me with, "You're concocting and nothing you say will change my mind."
I had also mentioned a paper that Howard asked Larry to sign before the artificial insemination took place. It was an agreement that Larry would forfeit parental rights should Anna succeed in getting pregnant with his sperm. I felt it important to mention it because so many were arguing in a barrel of false assumptions.
Columbo decided to interpret that as a lie because "Howard is a very private guy." Just like that. Because Columbo has this impression that Howard is private, I'm suddenly a liar. And now I'm being asked to produce the doc'ument as proof.
Immediately, as soon as I let it out about the so-called agreement that, among others, Larry never honored, Sternoids jumped all over me. Antinoids seemed curious for more information at first, but then it quickly dawned on me that I was being grilled. I mean, a person can defend himself when he tells a lie, but how does a person defend himself for telling the truth? It's ridiculous.
So now I have people on both sides questioning what my "agenda" is. The Sternoids think I'm working for O'Q, and the Antinoids think I'm working for Lin. It's crazy.
So I took a few days off and seriously considered leaving this board for good, because I saw it as a waste of my time. But then I thought about the others on here, who weren't combative and truly appreciated what I had to offer because of their uncompromising pursuit for bringing the culpable parties to justice.
Anna was sick and there were plenty of people around her to see that she didn't decline to death. She wouldn't have died if someone didn't let her. And as for Dan, we need to know where and how he obtained the methadone

One of Anna’s former nannies has confirmed that Howard did take this sick pic of Anna. She says that At the time of the pic she made mash potatoes with bacon and chives for Anna and went to feed her. Anna was high on Meds at the time. Howard, who never feeds her, insisted that her feed her this time. She gave the food to Howard and left the room. When she returned Howard had taken this picture of Anna and asked her to clean Anna up. In this pic Anna was trying to feed herself. This was just before she went into the hospital to have her baby (her breasts in the pic were swollen with milk). Howard is a sick man! Why would you take a pic like this of someone you love?

Interesting note. I was watching Judge Napoleatano and he was talking about Chris Benoit's Doctor saying that he had prescribed 7 times too much testosterone for an adult male. He also said that the doctor could get 5 years in the penitentiary for each seperate prescription that he made that was considered to be overprescribed, or, over the limit. That could add up to a lot.
If Howard got at least 5 years for every prescription that he had over-prescribed and then over administered to Anna, that could add up to be a lot also. Howard is a drug pusher that is trying desperately to give it a cloak of respectability. Won't happen, can't happen.

What a pleasant surprise it was to see your post to me.
So to give you a bit of background, my site was and still is annanicoleandhowardkstern dot com. Jane Devin is janedevin dot com. We are two separate people with separate websites. There is also a “Jane” who also goes by the name of Rachel that used to post here on TMZ but she is not related to Devin in any way. Jane Devin does not post here
either and will not write about Howard again.
Jane was a Howard supporter at the time as well. She is actually a writer and not just a blogger and writes about a variety of subjects. She is my friend but we certainly do not have the same opinions about things. I guess we are able to agree to disagree and that is how I remain friends with a few people that still support HKS even though I don’t. We also have the common experience of advocating for HKS and getting the bums rush for reasons that we will probably never know and are probably fiction anyway.
Yes, participating on the internet can be very grueling. People seem to be one way but are actually another. It’s very difficult to know who to trust. In fact, I took some time away from TMZ with the same feelings that you had.
I have been reading your comments and I agree with the posters that said that you have brought some valuable and unique insight to this blog. I always look forward to reading your comments.
Yes, I had the first and only (at the time) website in favor of HKS which was entitled “A Mothers Last Wish”. Posting on TMZ helped to bring a whole lot of people to my site. Mostly supporters. Some detractors. And a few people that claimed to know Anna personally and Howard too. The later did not like Howard so they were quickly shown the door. I wish I could talk to them now and apologize and tell them that they were right to be suspicious.

The first tape of Anna, making the tape Howard orchestrated, and which he prompted her to do by falsely telling her that her mother accused her of killing Daniel, showed Howard very much in evidence, sitting by Anna as she spoke and even leaning toward her ear, once audibly heard saying, "and what do you want to tell her".
Amazingly, but not surprising all things considered, Howard was somehow removed from the video. Many of us saw this original video, and have discussed this. This is fact.
Yes, Howard was enraged when Virgie, who was blocked from talking with Anna, told Anna on the Nancy Grace show, "Vickie, you know I love you, I always have. Daniel is gone, and if you don't watch who you are around you may be next". That infuriated Howard, who has taken retaliation against Virgie for a year now through ET, Harvey Levin, Larry, and through disgusting bloggers who have slandered and insulted Virgie, and by suing Virgie's attorney, John O'Quinn. He also kept Anna drugged, and it was stated, and it may be on the recorder, that when Anna called her mother Howard snatched the phone from her, and said you know you are not supposed to use the phone, and hung the phone up.
I believe that one of the things Anna was thinking of on her last day alive was what her mother told her if she was not careful who she was around, that she might be next.
It appears that Howard had a vendetta against others, who also were damaged and falsely accused, people such as John O'Quinn,
Ford Shelley, Ben Thompson, as well as Virgie Arthur. And, by the way, one of the most disgusting things in my view was Howard's effort to steal Ben Thompson's house by saying Ben gave it to Anna as a gift. In my opinion that was loathsome and unethical to the extreme.
I think it is clear that these people who were attacked and slandered had NOTHING to do with the deaths of Anna and Daniel, they did not funnel drugs into Anna by injections (also using a dirty needle which caused the virulent blood infection), and by prescriptions in the names of others. Personally, I have thought maybe it was thought that the blood infection would kill Anna, but Anna fought to live, and she must have had a strong body to withstand the massive doses of drugs she had been given for months after Daniel's death. I believe Anna was given dangerous amounts of drugs because she continued, when she was lucid, to say Howard killed Daniel, according to hospital personnel, the nannie stated hearing this at Horizons, and from remarks Anna made at the funeral.
Virgie Arthur, John O'Quinn, Ben Thompson and Ford Shelley, attacked verbally constantly by Stern bloggers, are innocent people who have been victimized. They are certainly not the ones who let Anna suffer agony for days at the Hard Rock Casino, running fever of 105 degrees when she should have been in the emergency room. Also, these good people would have called 911 immediately when Anna was found dead or dying instead of waiting almost an hour. This neglect, and they refusal to call 911, was criminal in my view, and I cannot even begin to comprehend the rationale that would find that acceptable. Can you explain this? I mean rationally, not with ridiculous remarks that insult our intelligence.

The credibility of a book on the life of Anna Nicole Smith, written by former MSNBC correspondent Rita Cosby, has been called into question by two nannies from The Bahamas. They claim that the book "Blonde Ambition: The Untold Story Behind Anna Nicole Smith's Death", is filled with inconsistencies.
Furthermore the nannies, Nadine Alexie and Quethelie Alexis, also claimed that Cosby had never contacted them to get their permission to be used as sources for the book.
Cosby, who is in The Bahamas this week, said that she never spoke to the nannies but stands by her book, "which also attributes the claim of a sexual encounter to a friend of Smith's," according to the Associated Press.
"We have a number of sources," she said. "We have it attributed directly to a private investigator who specifically said that."
Yesterday the lawyer for the two women, Elizabeth Thompson, said that Cosby came to the Bahamas on Sunday, in a bid to get them to validate the book and testify against Howard Stern in
an upcoming lawsuit he filed in the United States, in response to allegations made in the book against him and Larry Birkhead, the father of Smith's toddler. The lawyer claimed the women had also been offered $15,000 by Cosby.
"We were asked to provide Ms. Cosby some information for the nannies to support the book. She had not spoken with the nannies before she wrote the book. She admitted that. I asked her, so you are here to validate the book? She said yes among other things.
Thompson said that when they were initially contacted by Cosby, they told her that there were inconsistencies in the book and that they were not prepared to discuss anything on the telephone. "She then came to (The Bahamas) to speak with us. No one invited her here. She decided that she was coming to speak with us."
Cosby told the AP that she was hoping to speak to the nannies while in The Bahamas.
"It was obvious that they were not readily accessible and we thought it was important to come down here and speak," she said.
In the interim the attorney for the two nannies said that they have not yet decided whether Alexie or Alexis will take action against Cosby.
The nannies said they have spoken with a private investigator who they believed was working for an attorney for Smith's mother. But they never mentioned any alleged encounter between Birkhead and Stern, Thompson said in a meeting with several reporters in Nassau.
The nannies are Haitian immigrants who worked at the gated, waterfront home shared by Stern and Smith.
Smith died of an accidental drug overdose in Florida in February at age 39. Stern, who had been living in The Bahamas with the former model, initially claimed to have fathered Smith's young daughter, Dannielynn, but Birkhead eventually proved he was the father.
Meanwhile media personality Lincoln Bain, host of local program Controversy TV and public relations person for the nannies, alleged that he had engaged in over 63 taped conversations with Rita Cosby in which she had tried to get him to convince Smith's nannies to validate the book and testify against Stern.
"Cosby contacted me and asked if I knew about the book she had written. She said that she only had one issue and this was that she had not spoken to the nannies yet," Bain said. He added that she also asked him to set up a meeting with the two women and told him she wanted to appear on his popular cable show, Controversy TV.
Bain said the nannies refused to accept any offers from Cosby, who flew to The Bahamas from New York accompanied by a man she identified as her publisher.
Bain said that after Cosby arrived she invited him to a meeting, during which she offered to pay the nannies $15,000. "She said that the money could not appear to come through her, because it would make her look bad as a journalist. She said that she was going to let her publisher arrange with some of her friends from a magazine to pay them." Bain also alleged that Cosby claimed that her publisher was prepared to offer the women a book deal.
However, at a meeting with the media later, Cosby denied that she planned to pay the nannies a dime. She said that she had come to the Bahamas because she had been told that there were affidavits that supported certain allegations in her book. She said that her publisher could arrange a $15,000 interview between the nannies and a US entertainment magazine, but as far as he was concerned she was paying them nothing.
Things came to a head Sunday, after Cosby and Bain got into a physical altercation at the Sandals Resort on Cable Beach when Bain took a tape from Cosby's publisher. "When Rita realized that I was not falling for the money I think she and her publisher were trying to set me up so if any of this came to light, it would make me look as if I was trying to
get money from them."
Bain said he grabbed the tape from the publisher, which resulted in Cosby jumping on his back, tearing his shirt and clawing his flesh for the tape which, she claimed was actually a cellphone. The Guardian was made privy to a conversation taped at the scene. The tape clearly records sounds of a scuffle and Cosby asking repeatedly for the tape recorder. She was also heard offering Bain a magazine deal after he
informed them that every conversation they had with him concerning the nannies had been recorded.
Thompson, who is also Bain's lawyer, told The Guardian that she had heard about the fight.
"The police were called and I was called. By the time I got down there everyone had gone," she said.
In the meantime phone calls to Cosby were not answered up to press time.

Anyway, there were previous sworn statements from the Nanny's. They have proven themselves to not be creditable. Big news? Not really.

Those who seek justice for Anna and Daniel, and who seek safety and security for Danielynn, have taken the high road, and we are staying the course. We turn on nobody. We just believe Howard Stern is an evil person. We believe Larry is a shallow, disgusting person. We have no respect for either of them, and believe their behavior toward Virgie Arthur is despicable, and that their selling the baby is loathsome.
We believe Anna's estate was swindled, and that Anna and Daniel's death should be legitimately investigated and the guilty person arrested, tried and convicted.
We don't like deadly plots. We don't like the web of deceit and depravity involved in Anna and Daniel's death, nor what has happened to Anna's estate, possessions, properties and personal jewelry and designer clothes. We dont like the heinous manner in which Anna was sold, nor pictures of Daniel's dead body sold, and we pray for the conviction of the guilty person.
We don't like seeing Anna's money used by Howard Stern to block the investigation into Daniel's death. We do not believe in unresolved crimes. We abhor the thought that law enforcement and the judicial system could be bribed or persuaded to look the other way.
We are not two faced. We despise the Stern supporters who lie, who distort the truth, and who slander and insult good people. That will not change. What is two faced about that?
We adore Rita Cosby, John O'Quinn, Virgie Arthur, and Danielynn. We respect Ford Shelley and are thankful that he followed Anna's plea to remove things from the home in which she was staying, which belongs to Ben Thompson. We respect Ben Thompson, who, along with all good people was maligned by the Stern people and was cheated in the matter of his home.
We know what we know. We have been in this for over a year now, and we have seen the vile and the contemptible behavior by Stern and his supporters, and we have never considered the fact that evil will win. We are the team for justice. That will not change. We are steadfast and faithful.
We will cheer when justice is served, and we believe it will be soon.
