Paris Hilton is back !PARIS HILTON leaves Nobu Restaurant in Malibu carrying a doggy bag. After arriving home, she had to go back out to retrieve a CD she had left in her Bentley. She had to jump over a fence that had been put up to keep her dogs from running away - no mean feat considering she was wearing stilettos - but Paris managed it in typically graceful style.
