However, after settling the bill, which Katie is said to have paid in full,the Baltimore Sun newspaper reports the pair didn't leave the waitress a tip, which is customary in the US.When the girl tried to run after the stars, she was reportedly stopped by Victoria's security team.The 33-year-old singer - who recently moved to Los Angeles with husband David and their three sons after he signed a multi-million dollar contract with the Los Angeles Galaxy soccer team - has a reputation for being frugal with money. Despite having millions in the bank, David said his wife is very sensible when it comes to splashing her cash and has to put a curb on his spending. He recently revealed: "Victoria is the one who tells me, 'You can't pay for that'. She's the sensible one who tells me not to be so silly,""She will tell me in a restaurant just to get a cheap bottle of wine, so I tell her it only cost £15 (U.S. $30.) when really it cost much more.
