MYSTERY OF IRMA VEP HITS NEW YORK CITY

Chris 'Dell"Armo and Paul Pecorino, the stars of Charles Ludlam's high camp classic The Mystery of Irma Vep, playing at Urban Stages 259 West 30th Street (between 7th & 8th Avenues) July 3-15. Both actors play a myriad of gender bending roles in the howling comedy. The original production was named one of Time Magazine's best plays of 1984, earning Obie and Drama Desk Awards for Ludlam and his partner Everette Quinton, both of whom starred.
