Lillo Brancato Jr. Is Guilty

Former "The Sopranos" actor Lillo Brancato Jr. insists he was not responsible for shooting a New York City police officer dead in December 2005. Brancato Jr. and his co-defendant Steven Armento are charged with second-degree murder, burglary and weapon possession. Armento, 48, who is accused of firing the fatal bullet, is also charged with two counts of first-degree murder for the killing of off-duty Officer Daniel Enchautegui. But, in a jail interview with WCBS-TV that aired Thursday, 30-year-old Brancato Jr. said, "I'm not the monster that they portray me as in newspapers, a cold-blooded killer and all of that. I'm not that person at all. "I know in my heart I was in no way responsible for the death of that police officer."

Send him away. If he was not there robbing a house, no one would have been killed. Spoiled brat. I hope hes getting raped in jail.

there are so many people that do so many bad things that just get a slap onthe hand.but this guy is doing time for something that he didnt do...He shoul not of done time for what some one else did. h might of been there but he didnt doany thing but be in the wrog place at the wrong time i pray that god is with him and his family..lynn sewart from wichita kansas telling you to get a life and leve that man alone he is paying with his lif for something he didnt do!!!!
