THERE IS NO BRITNEY SPEARS SEX TAPE
Contrary to reports in the media, there is no sex tape involving pop star Britney Spears and her estranged husband Kevin Federline, his lawyer says. Since Spears filed for divorce from the fledgling rapper earlier this month, reports have surfaced in the tabloid press that Federline had a videotape of the couple having sex and was considering making it public."There is not a sex video of Kevin and Britney in existence," Federline's divorce lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, said in a written statement. "It goes without saying that the stories of Kevin attempting to sell such a video are patently false and anyone who reports that they have information of such attempts is either lying or reporting the lie of someone else."Spears, 24, abruptly filed for divorce on November 7, citing irreconcilable differences with Federline and seeking sole custody of their two children, one-year-old Sean Preston and James Jayden, who was born in September. Federline, 28, responded the following day with court papers seeking spousal support and custody of the children.
