**** KATIE COURIC HAS MANTI TE'O ON THURSDAYS KATIE SHOW **** Katie Couric With Manti Te'o In an exclusive interview with ABC News' Katie Couric, Manti Te'o admitted that he briefly lied to the press and the public after discovering his online girlfriend did not exist and was a part of an elaborate hoax.  The star Notre Dame linebacker, who has been hounded by the reporters since the story broke Jan. 16, told Couric in a taped interview Tuesday that up until December he was not lying. Te'o said that was duped into believing his online girlfriend, Lennay Kekua, died of cancer.  "You stuck to the script. And you knew that something was amiss, Manti," Couric said.  "Katie, put yourself in my situation. I, my whole world told me that she died on Sept. 12. Everybody knew that. **** FAMED ABC NEWSWOMAN RECOVERING **** Barbara Walters Barbara Walters is recovering after an inauguration weekend fall, and said she expects to be released from the hospital soon. "Barbara went to Washington to cover the inauguration. She missed a step and had a fall, which cut her upper temple. The doctors stitched her up and she is doing fine, but they want her to take it easy," Whoopi Goldberg said on "The View" today. In a statement, Walters, 83, said she wanted to "thank all the people who have called, written and been concerned about me". "I am running a low grade fever and the doctors are keeping me in the hospital until my temperature is normal. I'm pleased to say that it is going in the right direction and I will be home soon," the veteran ABC News journalist said.

Paris Hilton And River Viiperi As the first weekend of Sundance 2013 draws near the end, TAO continued their weekend long celebration at The Village at The Lift Sunday night. Celebrity partygoers included Lil Jon, Neon Hitch, and Paris Hilton among many others. Award-winning actress, Allison Janney, was one of the first celebrities to arrive at TAO for the night and enjoyed drinks at her table with producer Chris Henze and friends. DJ Jesse Marco, DJ Sinatra, and DJ Theory pumped up the lively crowd with their high-energy performances while taking shots of Patron and sipping on Stella Artois on stage.

**** BROADWAY @ TIMES SQUARE **** Sean McDermott Due to popular demand, SILENCE! The Musical resumed performances tomorrow,the other day at the Elektra Theatre in the heart of Times Square. Following the announcement that SILENCE! would be ending its long run December 30th, ticket sales unexpectedly soared, shattering all previous box office records for the show so far. As a result, the producers determined that the smash hit show will reopen on January 19th. Originally announced as a strictly limited engagement through August 13, 2011, SILENCE! was extended numerous times by popular demand and transferred theatres twice, ultimately landing at the new Elektra Theatre, which was constructed especially for the show. SILENCE! opened at Theatre 80 on July 9, 2011 to unanimous rave reviews and spawned a highly successful L.A. production starring Davis Gaines and Christine Lakin. The crowds were in place long before the opening of TAO’s much-anticipated yearly arrival. Paris Hilton, Danny Masterson, Chris Masterson, Jesse Williams, Mekhi Phiffer, Lil Jon, The Bachelorette’s Jef Holm, and Ben Foster were a few of the stars out to celebrate the kick-off of the Sundance hotspot. It was a family affair at TAO as both Paris Hilton and Barron Hilton showed up with their new beaus. Paris was wrapped in the arms of new boyfriend, model Rivers Viiperi and never strayed far from his side.
