NICKS ALLIANCE Story By: James Edstrom **** Friendly St Nicks Alliance Neighbors No one ask and post on my boards or do stories on their complaints about racism against African Americans and Hispanics. St Nicks Tenant For years I do stories fighting racism and when I tell all my African American and Hispanic friends that I am being harassed, threatened by the Hispanic and African Americans in St. Nicks Alliance  building I moved into in Williamsburg, they act like I am nuts. Since day one, the first hours we moved in here we were robbed, threatened, called white trash and everything else in the book. **** THIS AND THAT Story By: James Edstrom **** The Williamsburg Bridge Living in Times Square has had it's ups and downs. On the upside, I am always near my media outlets and since I am so lazy sometimes, it helps to be right next door to every TV and Radio show that wanted me on. It was also good, because I am centrally located and can get anywhere in Manhattan in a few minutes. Most of my friends at the Television Networks could always meet me for a drink at Broadway Langans, before they went back home to the burbs. The downside of living in Times Square is to have to battle your way through 2 million tourists a day to get anything done. The traffic is a mess, the police refuse to enforce the laws with just about anything. Supermarkets and stores are way over priced and I always have to shop online or go downtown for a deal.  Another big downside is the building I am in.
