THE 4TH ANNUAL OFF BROADWAY ALLIANCE AWARDS
Terrence McNally Brooks Ashmanskas With Peter Breger And Wallace Shawn Tom O'Keefe With Andrus Nichols And Edmund Lewis The Off Broadway Alliance, the organization of Off Broadway producers, theaters, general managers, press agents, and marketing professionals, presented the 4th annual Off Broadway Alliance Awards June 17th at Sardi’s. Honorees were on hand to receive their awards and Philip Seymour Hoffman, Ruth Maleczech and Nicholas Martin were posthumously inducted into the Off Broadway Hall of Fame. Among those in attendance were Legend of Off Broadway honorees Edmund Gaynes, Terrence McNally and Wallace Shawn. Other honorees included: Best New Musical, Fun Home; Best New Play, Hand to God; Best Revival, Saint Joan; Best Unique Theatrical Experience, La Soirée; and Best Family Show, The Wong Kids in the Secret of the Space Chupacabra Go!
