**** THE GLORIOUS CORNER Story By: G. H. HARDING ****  Tina Fey A GLOBES NIGHT --- The 71st Golden Globes aired last night, hosted by Tina Fey and Amy Poehler (second year running) and it was a definitive sign the awards season in Hollywood is off and running. Matthew McConaughey, Jennifer Lawrence, Andy Samberg, Bryan Cranston, Amy Adams, Leo DiCaprio, U2, Michael Douglas, Jared Leto, Jon Voight, and Poehler herself were among the night’s big winners. Director Alfonso Cuaron, who put together the multi-layered movie Gravity was a surprise winner for director. NetFlix's House Of Cards was oddly ignored, though newly-engaged Robin Wright (to actor Ben Foster) did win as best actress. Certainly deserved for sure. The ceremony held at the Bever...

Alec Baldwin Once again Alec Baldwin is igniting a war of words with famed reporter Mike Walker for reporting on an alleged spat with his 30 Rock co-star Tina Fey. Alec was left fuming when National Enquirer icon Mike Walker published an article which claimed Baldwin had fallen out with Fey on the set of television show. In a subsequent interview with Britain’s The Times newspaper, the actor made a series of unflattering comments about Walker, calling him a "whore" and a "queen". The reporter responded by writing in the tabloid, "Here’s my headline: ‘Alec Baldwin - Raging Closet HOMOPHOBE!’ Grab your pitchforks and torches, Hollywood - the monster lurks among ye! Just for the record: I am not gay, as my wife will attest." And the inflammatory statement has riled Baldwin once again. He tells the New York Post , "Yes, he (Walker) is a goat-footed, wheezy, old queen, and all my male lovers agree with me." Editors Note: Hey you are no-one in this bu...
