Michael Phelps Michael Phelps has addressed Ryan Lochte's involvement in the Rio robbery scandal, but has he spoken to his USA teammate since leaving the Olympics? E! News has the exclusive video of Phelps speaking out about the incident for the first time. "I haven't spoken to him at all," the 31-year-old swimmer said when asked if he's heard from Lochte after Rio. As for whether he thinks the controversy will work itself out, Phelps said, "We have good people taking care of it, so hopefully." Phelps arrived back on American soil Wednesday morning, just days after Lochte and three other Team USA swimmers became the focus of the alleged robbery. Ryan Lochte On Saturday,  Las Vegas’ favorite Olympian Ryan Lochte, returned to Azure Luxury Pool at The Palazzo Las Vegas for his third season in a row. The 11-time Olympic medalist, who is currently training for the 2016 Summer Games in Rio de Janeiro took the weekend off to party at Azure Luxury pool with few of his celebrity friends and guests. Lochte and company were treated to a delicious cake from the Cake Boss’s famous Carlo’s Bakery at The Venetian Las Vegas. The group partied through the late afternoon, as they mixed and mingled poolside to the beats of DJ Roman Rosati. The group enjoyed fresh and luscious libations, and cuisine from Wolfgang Puck’s restaurant Solaro.

Ryan Lochte Thursday night, Olympic swimmer Ryan Lochte kicked off his birthday celebration weekend at TAO. Joined by a large group of male friends, the group dined on signature dishes including the Miso Glazed Chilean Sea Bass with Wok Vegetables and Grilled 12 oz. Kobe Ribeye with Yuzu Cilantro Butter at TAO Asian Bistro. They then made their way to the nightclub, where Lochte was surprised with a birthday cake presentation worthy of an Olympian. The swimmer spent the rest of the evening graciously taking pictures with fans and enjoying cocktails while surrounded by friends. TAO CARES, the charitable arm of TAO Group, also hosted a back to school drive during Worship Thursday, partnering with HopeLink of Southern Nevada to aid children in need. Ryan Lochte With Cullen Jones Worship Thursday at TAO kicked off night one of celebrations for 2012 Olympic Gold Medal swimmer Ryan Lochte. After dining with friends including teammate and fellow Olympic Gold Medalist Cullen Jones at TAO Asian Bistro, Lochte made his way to the nightclub where camera phones went crazy upon his arrival and a bevy of ladies turned their heads to his table hoping to catch a glimpse of the handsome Olympian. Not long after his arrival, Lochte was surprised with a presentation that included TAO's own bottle fairy flying through the air with the American flag and TAO's waitresses cheering around him in USA themed outfits that had everyone in the room in an uproar of excitement.
