On November 30, Walker and his friend, Roger Rodas, stepped away from Walker’s own charity auto show to take one of the cars – a red 2005 Porsche Carrera GT – for a quick spin. “They just wanted to go for a ride,” says a Walker friend. Within minutes, everything had changed. “We could see and smell smoke,” says one witness. The Porsche, engulfed in flames had crashed into a tree. Walker and Rodas were both pronounced dead at the scene. “He’s the nicest guy I’ve known,” his stand-in Shayne Tingle, tells Us. “He lived his life with compassion and kindness. It was so contagious that it made you want to be a better person,” says Tingle. Paul Walker Hansome actor Paul Walker, who stared of the "Fast and Furious" films, died today in a car accident and huge explosion in Southern California. This was first reported by TMZ . Walker's Facebook page has not confirmed the report. The TMZ report states the accident occurred in Santa Clarita, just north of Los Angeles. The actor was reportedly riding in a Porsche that lost control for an unknown reason and hit a tree before bursting into a fireball.
