Alec Baldwin Nasty Alec Baldwin is taking his ex-wife Kim Basinger back to court in their long-running fight over 12-year-old daughter Ireland.The actor’s lawyers were in court on Tuesday to request a new custody hearing from Los Angeles California Superior Court Judge Marjorie S. Steinberg. Details of what Baldwin wants to address are unknown, but a date has been set for August 11th, reports E! online. The Hollywood couple divorced after nine years of marriage in 2002.Their custody proceedings were last brought into the spotlight in 2007, when an angry Baldwin left a horrible voicemail message for a then 11-year-old Ireland on Basinger’s answering machine. The message, in which he chastises his daughter and calls the Basic Instinct star "a thoughtless pain in the ass", was subsequently leaked online.

Basinger, who entered the plea through her attorney and did not attend the hearing, was ordered by a Los Angeles Superior Court commissioner to face a trial early next year on the contempt charges over accusations by Baldwin that she violated the custody orders.
