The costumes my friends wore from Dune Point were just great. Petra Brehl and her mom Sona Pavlasova Ceska, really went to town creating their outfits. As always Fire Islands own Nicki was in rare form, stunning just about everyone on the street with her outfit. I met some new and exciting friends at Dune Point also. There was Hector and Vinny from the Bronx, and just so many more friendly people staying at the island retreat. After the Ball, everyone headed over to Cherry's On The Bay to hear world renowned DJ Susan Levine spin her greatest mixes. This weekend is the famous Halloween party, and the Dune Point breakfast ...

**** IS THE WORLD READY FOR JAMES EDSTROM'S REALITY? **** Story By: Edward Callaghan **** Phil Michas With Joey MHZ, John Wegorzewski, Edward Callaghan, John Brand And James Edstrom With this weekend’s oppressive heat and humidity, we decided to forgo our planned jaunt to the beach to scout locations with producer Phil Michas and director Joey MHZ for a planned reality show featuring my boss Times Square Gossip Editor James Edstrom. Instead, we convened on a local institution, The Driver’s Seat Restaurant to fuel up for hitting the streets and checking out some old faves as well as the new kids on the block on Southampton Village’s tony shopping meccas – Job’s Lane and Main Street. Our gracious host proprietor Irma Herzog had the Prosecco chilled upon our arrival with which our pal Sidii Belqaid kept our glasses filled as we settled in for lunch in air-conditioned splendor! Gorging ourselves on the juiciest hamburgers, cheese oozing quesadillas, spicy barbecued pulled pork sliders ...

**** 'Generation Zero' Will Educate You, Shock You And Piss You off! **** Tobin Smith With Tomaczek Bednarek Rita Cosby With John Catsimatidis And Tomaczek Bednarek Theresa Galeani With Keith Collins Lou Dobbs With James Edstrom Lou Dobbs With Jean Shafioff And John Brand What a wonderful evening in New York City last night. We went to see a screening for Generation Zero at the AMC on 42nd street. I can tell you something, this film really gave me a education on the greed of Wall Street and how stupid our government has been in allowing these large firms to do what ever they want, but hey, I think we all new this anyway. This film brings out almost all the facts on the economy meltdown, and why it happened. The United States keeps borrowing huge amounts of money from other countries, our manufacturing infrastructure is getting smaller, the trade deficit gets larger every year and no one in our government is doing anything. We have not only bailed out our banks, but over the y...

John Brand We got a few calls last night from pissed off clubbers who went to the Pyramid Club in New York City on Thursday night. In the old days, we would once and a while end up there. Usually on a bad night out on the town. Our friend, up-and-coming model John Brand saw a listing on his favorite website Vampire Freaks . The ad said 3 bucks to get in before 11pm and 6 dollars after. He headed down there with his friend Aaron, and the doorman demanded the full cover, even know it was before 11pm. They asked to speak to the manager and they were denied. Now we do know who is at fought here. The promoter and the club. He advertised this all over the Internet saying it was 3 bucks. Said you must print out the flyer and bring it down to the club. The clubs website says 6 bucks. Says a Metal Zombie Night . When I got the call from Brand, he was upset. He walked all the way from Times Square to have some fun in the club that was 18 and older that night. I know, it's only 3 bucks more, ...

Life in America’s Riviera, the golden Hamptons is better than ever. John Brand We keep telling everyone to watch out for this young teen star John Brand, who is going to shake up the modeling world. We have been running into him all over New York City and not only is he a nice kid, he also has the looks to make it in this tough business. We ran into him the other day while we were looking for DVD's at Virgin Records in Times Square. We were surprised when we glanced at the game room and there he was trying to play Rock Band Two, surrounded by girls asking for his autograph. It was even more funny watching him try to play the game at the same time he was signing for the teen girls. Later that night we ran into him again at McDonalds on 42nd street and he was once again cornered by fans. We asked him what is going on with his career? It seems he has several big modeling agencies that want to sign him up. He also has a fashion company that wants him to do a huge spread. We asked him what he was going to do and he told us that he's in no hurry to s...
