The star studded boutique’s manager, Marcy Imbert, was the only employee in the shop when she buzzed the man in about 1:30 p.m on Friday. Margo Manhattan told the NY Daily News that the employee "thought he was maybe a rap star,”. The thief asked to see several items and then grabbed Imbert by the neck once she opened a display case. Brandishing a stun gun, he put his hands over her mouth and dragged her into a back room.
