Jean Shafiroff Celebrity philanthropist and style icon Jean Shafiroff looked absolutely striking at the El Museo del Barrio 50th Anniversary Gala at the Plaza Hotel recently. Her yellow couture gown was designed by Victor dE Souza, the Argentinian fashion designer who accompanied Ms. Shafiroff to the Gala. The El Museo del Barrio Gala raised over $1,000,000.
