Billy Ray Cyrus walks the dog Hollywood star David Morse David Morse, an Emmy Award nominated American stage, television and film actor who began his career on St. Elsewhere and went on to appear in two Sean Penn movies, The Indian Runner and The Crossing Guard, strolled past the Trump Hotel off Central Park in New York City. Morse checked out the crowd waiting for Miley Cyrus to greet her fans. The Hannah Montana star did not seem to want to pose for photographers.
