News that Dancing With the Stars pro Cheryl Burke and Matthew Lawrence are dating again after breaking up in 2008. "Cheryl is really happy," one insider shared with us while confirming the romance. According to Snapchat , Matthew recently sent the professional dancer flowers around Valentine's Day. They also recently started following each other on Instagram. The couple initially met in 2006 through Joey Lawrence who was a contestant on the third season of Dancing With the Stars. They dated for about a year before calling things off. Derek Hough Oh no! Derek Hough could be off Dancing With the Stars for part of the season, or the whole rest of the season, and his celebrity partner, Olympian gold medal winner Nastia Liukin, might be getting a new partner, E! News has learned. The fan-favorite pro broke a toe, sprained his ankle and suffered ligament damage while rehearsing Monday night, according to sources, and is awaiting final test results that will determine how long he is off the show. Nastia will be rehearsing with Sasha Farber, one of the troupe members who also subbed in for Derek's 10th Anniversary Special performance, until the extent of Derek's injuries are determined. "It sucks. It's unfortunate," Derek's friend and fellow DWTS pro Mark Ballas tells E! News. "Hopefully he's going to be OK. Maksim Chmerkovskiy Dancing with the Stars pro Maksim Chmerkovskiy was spotted taking a break from his hectic schedule in NY this past weekend - picking up a free replacement pair of SOL REPUBLIC ​ear tips at a RadioShack store in New York. Maksim was overheard raving about the SOL REPUBLIC products, talking about how much music is a part of his life because of dancing. He was also overheard talking about the recent dating rumors, mentioning that he was linked to a "million different girls" in just one weekend. He then joked, "If that is the only problem I have, I can't complain."

Maks Chmerkovskiy On Wendy Williams "Dancing With The Stars" winning couple, Maks Chmerkovskiy and Meryl Davis, joined Wendy Williams in her Hot Topics segment this morning, where Maks confirmed he would would accept a role as one of the judges if the show offered it to him. Maks said, "I'm not Simon [Cowell]. I'm not a nice judge. I'm a good judge. I judge the way it's supposed to be. I know this business, I've been in it, I grew up in it.
