Denise Rich Jean Shafiroff Simone I. Smith Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation for Cancer Research raised over $2.3 million, for blood cancer research at the Angel Ball Summer Gala, in Southampton, NY. Denise Rich and her daughters Daniella Rich Kilstock and Ilona Rich Schachter hosted the event in memory of Gabrielle Rich Aouad, to benefit Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation for Cancer Research, which funds the best and brightest early career scientists whose research focuses on finding less toxic treatments for patients with leukemia, lymphoma and other related blood cancers. Cuba Gooding Jr. In celebration of Black History month, the Eye on Black salute with CENTRIC Network announces presenters for the 2012 presentation Academy Awards weekend. Ray Liotta and Cuba Gooding Jr. will star together Cuba Gooding Jr. and Ray Liotta are to star in a new movie together.The two Hollywood stars have signed up for independent film 'Hero Wanted',which focuses on a garbage man who stages a bank robbery so he can foil it and impress a female bank worker he is in love with. However, the plan goes wrong and the aggrieved garbage man seeks revenge on the people who have double-crossed him. Shooting on the movie, which is being produced by Millennium Films, begins in Bulgaria next month and will be directed by Brian Smrz. It will be Smrz's directing debut, although he has worked on several films, including box office hits 'Superman Returns' and 'X-Men'. It is not yet know if Gooding or Liotta will play the garbage man.
