Dr. Phil McGraw Dr Phil McGraw has filed legal papers to keep his court deposition in a lawsuit against two interior designers out of the public domain. He wants them sealed. The TV star is being sued by decorators Deborah Flattery and Brynja McGrady, who filed against McGraw and his wife Robin last March, accusing them of breaching an oral contract to promote their products on Dr. Phil’s television show. The pair also claimed they were never fully paid for their services, and cited fraud, false advertising and intentional infliction of emotional distress in the lawsuit. The McGraws later counter sued for fraud, alleging Flattery and McGrady overcharged them. And the TV star filed documents last week asking for a video tape of his deposition in the case to be banned from publication on the internet, reports TMZ.com . The custody fight between Levi Johnston and Bristol Palin, the daughter of former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, over their 1-year-old son, Tripp, is playing out in court, despite Bristol Palin's efforts to keep the case confidential, a judge last week opened it for the public to see. Palin filed a petition for full legal and physical custody November 4th. She had argued that she and her family already provided almost all of the care and asserted that "Levi is not yet mature enough to take on significant parental responsibilities." Johnston is claiming that he wants to share custody of his son and do what he can for Tripp, and Bristol Palin. Naomi Campbell will work as a cleaner as punishment for throwing a phone at her maid, it has been reported.The supermodel is expected to carry out her five days of court-ordered community service mopping the floors and sweeping the corridors of a New York office. A spokesman for Naomi said: "She is ready to complete this, no matter where or what she is assigned."A judge is expected to tell Naomi, 36, her fate later this week.Her likely punishment means she will escape the public humiliation ex-Culture Club singer Boy George endured when he was ordered to sweep NewYork streets wearing a bright orange jacket. He received the community service order after being found guilty of lying to police about a burglary. Naomi was arrested last March for throwing her crystal-encrusted phone at Ana Scolavino during an argument about a pair of missing jeans. Ana needed four stitches in her head. Heather Mills' accusations of marital abuse were dismissed in court the other day. Heather and Sir Paul McCartney appeared at London's High Court to determine if Heather's allegations regarding Paul's aggressive behaviour could be used in the divorce battle. Last year, leaked legal papers revealed Heather had accused Paul of pushing her into a bath while pregnant, trying to choke her in 2003, pouring wine over her and stabbing her in the arm with a broken wine glass. She also claimed Paul drank and took drugs excessively during their marriage.The 64-year-old Beatles legend has always denied the allegations. Heather, 39, was seen storming from the court after a judge threw out many of the claims, while a smiling Paul emerged 20 minutes later.
