BRUNO MARS VISITS NYC HOTSPOT BEAUTY & ESSEX

Image
Bruno Mars Bruno Mars got together with friends at New York hotspot Beauty & Essex on Tuesday night to celebrate a birthday party for Philip Lawrence, his longtime writing partner. He raced over to the restaurant around midnight after his sold-out concert at Madison Square Garden. He was dressed in traditional Adidas shoes, an Adidas jacket, and his signature white fedora hat. When Philip arrived, everyone crowded around to sing Happy Birthday as he came up the staircase. Bruno was sure to be one of the first people that Philip saw as he ran to the front of the crowd. They enjoyed Beauty & Essex’s popular Lobster Tacos and 'Chile Relleno' Empanadas.

**** THE GLORIOUS CORNER Story By: G. H. HARDING **** Bruno Mars BRONCO TROUBLE --- The estimable columnist Lloyd Grove tweeted last night: This was the worst thing that’s happened to the Broncos since O.J. Now, I’m not a football acolyte, but I watched the game last night and when things went bad minutes 12 seconds into the game for Denver – the writing was on the wall. I hate to see anyone lose … so badly, but the Broncos were indeed shellacked. The halftime show was unquestionably the highlight of the whole shebang as Bruno Mars tore into a 4 song set with palpable vim and vigor. Mars may have been unfairly targeted as entertainment lite, but, last night he was thoroughly enjoying himself on stage with his terrific band. He opened with “Locked Out Of Heaven,” then “Treasure,” “Give It Away Now” with the Red Hot Chili Peppers; then closed with a strong, solo “Just The Way You Are” behind a wild show of fireworks.  The Peppers, a tremendous band f...

Bruno Mars Grammy Award-winner Bruno Mars headlined Saturday night at TAO Nightclub. Arriving after his concert earlier that evening, DJ Politik announced his entrance to the club and the crowd roared as flashes filled the air and fans turned to sneak a peek of the music superstar. Joined by a group of friends at a VIP table on the dance floor, Bruno sipped on cocktails and was seen dancing before making his way into the DJ booth. He hopped on the mic and surprised club-goers with an impromptu performance of smash hit “Locked Out of Heaven” then got the room dancing with “Bubble Butt.” The club went wild and fans belted lyric for lyric as Bruno led the charge alongside DJ Politik. He then returned to his table where continued to enjoy himself and take in the packed club scene. NBA star Roy Hibbert was also spotted partying at a VIP table with friends at TAO Nightclub.
