Fireworks In Hunters Point South I am done with playing around with the NYPD 108th precinct here in Hunters Point South. They are a bunch of corrupt cops who refuse to do their job who have allowed our neighborhood to turn into a dangerous crime ridden war zone. For months the 108th has refused to enforce any law. While the rest of the city is on a slow down, the NYPD 108th is on a complete work stoppage. They witness crimes right in front of them and refuse to do anything. Residents are outside pleading with them to make arrests, to do something and they just refuse. NYPD 108th Watched This Graffiti Being Done Let's give some examples. Fireworks for over 5 weeks now. As you can see from the above photo, our neighborhood is being blown up every night. The cops witnessed these thugs setting off bomb after bomb and did nothing. Gang Attacks Brooklyn Girl CROWN HEIGHTS, Brooklyn (WABC) -- A teenage girl was brutally attacked for her shoes and iPhone by a gang in Brooklyn. It happened Thursday at 4:10 p.m. on Utica Avenue in Crown Heights Video shows a group of teenage boys pounce on a 15-year-old girl. They punched and kicked her over and over until she was unconscious. The video also shows one of the boys stealing her Air Jordan sneakers, and police say her phone and debit card were also stolen in the attack. She was taken to the hospital for bruising and trauma and is expected to recover. Detectives are looking into whether the victim was involved in a previous incident as the reason she was targeted by this group. NYPD Tries To Take Baby Away NEW YORK (FOX 5 NY) - Video showing police officers in Brooklyn trying to pull a baby from the clutches of its mother as she was wrestled to the floor inside a food assistance center has prompted outrage as well as lots of questions. A woman who was inside the SNAP center in Boreum Hill on Dec. 7 shared the video, which has gone viral. She told The New York Times that the child was "screaming for his life." "The lady was begging for them to get off of her," Nyashia Ferguson, who posted the video on Facebook under the name Monae Sinclair, told the Times. "I was scared." Ferguson said the mother had sat down on the floor of the social services center because of a lack of chairs. A security guard confronted her but she didn't want to move. The office staff and Human Resources Administration peace officers made unsuccessful attempts to remove the woman "due to her disorderly conduct towards others...

NYPD HELICOPTER USED BY MAYOR I am very perplexed why Mayor de Blasio would use a New York City Police Department Helicopter at taxpayer expense to get around. Early evening the police department cleared Hunter's Point South Park with no explanation as to why. Imagine my surprise when a NYPD Helicopter landed in the park and Mayor de Blasio got out and headed to a two limo entourage.  With police guarding the entrance to the park and two limos for the Mayor, I am very surprised we use city resources like this, all at taxpayer expense. The crime drama "Order of Redemption" had to film without one of its stars, rapper Busta Rhymes, in New York after additional security was not in the budget. Star Tom Berenger, and Rhymes were all set to start shooting when police raised public safety concerns about the rapper, the New York Times reported. The city normally sends out two police officers free for film shoots, but Julianne Cho, assistant commissioner of the mayor's Office of Film, Theater and Broadcasting, said the police demanded the production company hire more security because of Rhymes's celebrity status. "Due to the celebrity status of Busta Rhymes, we were unfortunately unable to meet the additional cost for the police detail that would have addressed the public safety concern," John Fitzpatrick, a representative of the production company, said in a statement.
